The Grand Rebirth is the healing approach developed by us at Plugin Mind and it is tailor-made specifically for every person so that they can discover who they really are, heal and completely transform their lives during the most profound healing work we have the honor to facilitate!
How We Help You Heal?
The Grand Rebirth Retreats are either 7 to 14 days. We focus on returning the power back to you through relaxing your body, facing fear, cleaning out all physical toxins and energetic blocks, opening and de-calcifying the pineal gland and experiencing your Rebirth in the Sacred Toad Ceremony.
How Many People Are In The Retreat?
We offer private and small group retreats up to 7 people, as well as retreats for couples and family members. Every person is getting individual attention as we intuitively guide and support you on your healing journey.
What is the Program for the 7-Day Retreat?
- Day 1: Travel Day. Airport Pickup and arrival to the Retreat location
- Day 2: Consultation, Breathwork, Ice bath, Kambo, Sananga
- Day 3: Breathwork, Ice bath, Kambo, Sananga, Integration
- Day 4: Breathwork, Ice bath, Kambo, Sananga, Integration
- Day 5: The Sacred Toad Ceremony, Integration
- Day 6: Integration work, The Sacred Toad Ceremony if needed, Closing talk
- Day 7: Travel Day: Airport Drop-off
Our 10-14 day Retreats offer deeper work with the medicine for those who need it, a much deeper dive into the integration work, changing of habits and routines, creating of a personalized action plan, practical advice on discipline, food, relationships and lifestyle.

I would have never thought that having a bath in 0 degree water – AKA – Cold Water Therapy, could be so healing in a spiritual sense, I heard of the physical benefits, but Karina Love and Niko make this experience so wonderful by making sure there is a clear intention behind this moment.
