3-day Kambo Experience
When the opportunity to participate in a 3-day Kambo ceremony was serendipitously presented to me, I didn’t overthink it before accepting. I knew little about the process and nothing about the facilitators but trusted my friends who had scheduled it. As my first jungle medicine experience, I didn’t know what to expect but had a deep trust inside me that it was the right choice for me at that moment.
And it was.
From the very beginning I sensed that Niko and Kari were the right facilitators for me… and beyond that, allies, partners in the journey. Literally all I had to do was look into their eyes. They embody all the energy that is necessary for fulfilling the role of allowing people to enter into a place of immense vulnerability, in order to do the true work of letting go that is the foundation of Kambo medicine. Both Karina and Nikita bring different vibrations but always complementary, and work brilliantly together to provide a comprehensive experience that informs and empowers participants, while creating a safe container to allow themselves to be exposed, seen, and held every step of the way. Throughout the entire three day period, which was also a 3 day water fast, I felt 100% supported. They challenged me to go deeper but never pushed, and by the last day I finally was able to go deep enough to release so much that had been held within.
The treatment itself is remarkable. I noticed profound changes in my physical, emotional, and mental state almost immediately and stand by the claims of effects involving greater clarity, energy, stamina, physical health and resistance, connection to higher self and realms, and purification. But the true magic is what happens in the bonds forged between participants and with the beautiful, kind souls Nikita and Karina who are most obviously serving in the role they’re destined for. What a tremendous blessing.

I was a little skeptical about hypnotherapy until my session with Nikita! The hypnosis led me to the past moments of trauma in a safe way where I held certain blockages within my mind and energy. Nikita was able to extract those blockages. Wow! The coolest part is that he gives you a recording after the session to for the following 21 days before bed to reinforce everything within the session with positive affirmations that are personalized for you and for your healing with amazing elements to gain confidence on top of that.

I had two RTT sessions with Nikita. Both made significant changes in my life. I struggled with short-temper all my life and being impatient with my children is really making me feel that I am not a good mother. I was very curious to find out what events traumatized me in my childhood to trigger my impatience when dealing with my kids. During hypnosis the very first image popped up, then the second one and the third. I was so amazed these events were stored in my subconscious mind all this time! Nikita has a very nice and soothing tone. It was very easy to follow his direction and easy to open up to. The moment I opened my eyes, I felt so relieved. I really understood now the root cause of the problems. The second session we did with Nikita was to release unhealed wounds caused by my biological father leaving me in early childhood. It was so empowering to be able to let go of something that was a part of me for over 30 years. As a result of these two sessions I am definitely more aware of my emotions. The biggest difference I noticed is that I am a lot calmer and patient with my children. I know I am a good mom! I am in control! I was able to let go of pain and guilt I felt because of my dad. Hi, This is Katherine. I have had an RTT session with Nikita. And he knows how to lead the RTT session for an effective transformation. His session showed me to feel better about myself and let go of the limiting beliefs I have acquired from the events in my childhood. I highly recommend his services. For someone who had what I would call unsuccessful hypnosis years prior, I was a bit skeptical and did not know what to expect. However, after my session with Nikita I am truly a believer now. After performing hypnosis, in a very calm and kind way Nikita navigated my mind into something that my conscious mind did not remember but what turned out to be the root of my problem. For the longest time, I have been struggling to learn English and Spanish after moving to Costa Rica from Canada. Allergies in the morning … allergies in the afternoon … at night …. in essence – pretty much all the time. I have probably consumed a ton of antihistamines over my life. That was until I heard about Nikita. He took the time to explain the healing possibilities with his hypnosis approach. To begin with, she understood that I needed to have the ceremony privately and intimately. She suggested this, and I feel this was key to feeling calm, cared for, and able to open myself to the medicine. Kari brought all the materials, including an altar, and created a sacred and nurturing environment. Kari is very empathetic and respectful, which allowed us to have a very deep conversation before I could fully surrender. I feel that the medicine helped me release ancestral memories and limiting beliefs. Kari's wisdom, mindfulness, and gentleness were fundamental to making it a truly healing experience. When I first arrived, I was filled with nervousness, apprehension, tension, sadness, and a lifetime of unresolved issues. Almost immediately, I was put at ease by their calming presence and their ability to talk through things in a clear, objective, and grounded way. From the start, the environment felt safe, intentional, and deeply supportive—designed to help the nervous system truly reset.
The setting itself was perfect. The hotel sits atop a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean, creating an incredible sense of peace and perspective. The food was phenomenal, and the absence of TVs or outside distractions allowed me to fully disconnect and focus inward. It was exactly what I needed.
Since returning home, I no longer overthink every aspect of my life. I feel more driven, more confident in myself and my abilities, and genuinely filled with life and purpose. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have control over my own destiny.

I feel an indescribable lightness in my legs, arms, feet and hands. The weight there is gone. The trauma there has been released! A friend has remarked that I have never looked so radiant and happy.
I have begun to heal the relationship with my own self which is all that matters at the end of the day. I come first. I fill up my own cup until it's overflowing. Only then can and will I share with others. The healing isn't over and I know that the toad isn't done with me yet. I'll be back. I still have to integrate and am so excited to do so--this is just the beginning. Get buf'd. It's the gift that keeps giving.
My story is a bit interesting , See this wasn’t something that I even new about, never heard of Bufo, or Kamba “ fog medicine “ ,until one day, I get a message from one of my guest staying at my B&B,
One this particular day, I had experienced extreme trauma from the hands of my husband, . Out of the blue I received a song that was sent to me “ I am”, from a stranger staying in my home. She said Wisdom told me to send it, yes I do have a strong connection with a tree.
Anyway needless to say, I asked my guest What are you doing in Costa Rica at my home she replied. I gave just completed my retreat with PluginMind.
She sent me the link and the first thing I said was my husband needs this without hesitation that begin some research. Then it was clear, I need this.
I struggled my entire life, wondering what and why I was always feeling so anxious.
Upon arrival within four days, I met with Niko and Karina on the beach for a consultation within minutes I knew that I could trust these humans with my body and soul.
I have to be honest It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done the ice bath. I thought it was going to kill me lol however totally necessary.
Kambo cleansed my body like I could never ever imagine.
With the meditation, the breath work the cleansing of kambo prepared me for a total soul, reset .
I set my intention with a whole heart to asking the medication , show me everything and do not leave anything out. That it did helping me remember exactly who I am , have always been and the strength of my light.
The release of the pain and trauma that I had been collecting and carrying was like 18 wheeler truck while the medicine insured me most of it was not mine.
Every day is brighter and full of love and peace . To this day, I continue to get support from Niko and Karina if you’re searching for healing, answers and you’re interested in full reset of your soul I highly recommend them.. love you dearly and thank you so much for such a great care.

What started as casual curiosity into alternative forms of healing (Bufo, Ayahuasca, etc) turned into a full blown, life-changing 5 day retreat.
Each program is custom tailored to the individual, starting out with uncovering your intentions for the journey. Through a combination of breathwork, ice baths, kambo, and bufo I finally found the peace and stillness that my ego had been obfuscating all of these years.
They are a beautiful family, beautiful healers, and beautiful souls.
There is so much more to share, but it would come at the expense of your own discovery. I can write, with complete confidence and happiness, that this is what you're looking for—it's profound, it's love, and it's life changing. It's difficult to imagine anyone providing a more impactful experience than these two wonderful human beings—I'm eternally grateful.
It is hard to describe the experience of consuming the medicine since it is so personal and subjective with every person. I can say that Karina and Niko, aka the lovely "cosmic doulas," and the other healers present including Donna and Steve give all of their love and support to you when you need it the most. I never truly understood what they did until I was experiencing the medicine, and truly depended on their presence and support. They are the ones you want present while experiencing a life-changing medicine that takes you to the true world, where there is no where to hide, having to commit to leaving your fears behind. I would not have wanted to be with any other beings while undertaking this experience.
I believe "cosmic doulas" are such an accurate term for Karina and Niko since I truly saw the universe in their eyes. I felt loved and supported by them, even after meeting them only earlier that day. Karina is such a nurturing, gentle and loving soul, who seems to know exactly what your feeling, and only wants the best for you. While Niko is a strong source of light and truth, and will gently nudge you to commit to this experience, helping you realize your true self.
Before, during and after the ceremony, I never felt embarrassment or shame, I truly felt I could be myself. After you leave, you will have a new family. And a new birthday. I feel connected with all who took part in this ceremony with me since we all witnessed each other releasing our fears and darkness and becoming true light and joy. I am grateful for all who were present.

I have been holding onto trauma from my childhood and I’ve been searching for a way to escape that my entire life. I’ve tried therapy. I’ve talked to other people about plant medicine when I was introduced to Karina and Niko I had an instant connection with feminine energy and masculine energy…. With the treatment of Kambo and Bufo, I was able to let go of years of trauma and self-hate, find my true identity see myself for the first time, and most importantly, be able to let go wholeheartedly of the trauma I allowed to control me….I had enough!!!
So I said NO MORE!!!! I no longer wish to be trapped in a loop of fear and trauma. I CHOOSE to be free!!!
So I was reborn and I’m never going back! My spiritual path has reignited, and my path has been laid before me and is never more clear!

When I met them, they told me about the medicine that they serve and I knew it was fate. I had been researching this medicine and I knew immediately that the stars were aligning for us. They told me about an opportunity for me to join them in the medicine, and I immediately decided that I would.
Fast forward a month, and I arrive in beautiful Samara. I meet several other souls joining us on a journey together. We are briefed, questions are answered, and we began a journey that I will hold dear for the rest of my life. Words cannot describe what happened that day, but they can describe where I am now. I am reinvigorated, I am charged up, I have retaken the reigns of my life. Karina and Niko did half of the work, but the other half came from me. From deep within. It’s literally a rebirth, i could never really understood that before the retreat, so it is not possible to explain. It was the MOST magical experience in my life! A full reset for the body, mind and soul. Full of love, joy, warmth and above all meeting my soul family 😍.
