What is The Couples Retreat?
We are proud to help couples re-ingniite the fire between them and heal their relationship at the deepest level. The partners will first re-discover who they are, heal the inner child before offering the best version of themselves in the relationship. It takes two to tango and we help you dance confidently and freely while celebrating the special bond between you!
How We Help You Heal?
The Couples Retreats are typically from 7-14 days. We focus on returning the power back to you through relaxing your body, facing fear, cleaning out all physical toxins and energetic blocks, opening and de-calcifying the pineal gland and experiencing your Rebirth in the Sacred Toad Ceremony. We will help you make sense and integrate all experiences individually and with your partner – you are guided and supported on this healing journey.

What is the Program for the 7-Day Retreat?
- Day 1: Travel Day. Airport Pickup and arrival to the Retreat location
- Day 2: Consultation, Breathwork, Ice bath, Kambo, Sananga
- Day 3: Breathwork, Ice bath, Kambo, Sananga, Integration
- Day 4: Breathwork, Ice bath, Kambo, Sananga, Integration
- Day 5: The Sacred Toad Ceremony, Integration
- Day 6: Integration work, The Sacred Toad Ceremony if needed.
- Day 7: Travel Day: Airport Drop-off
Our 10-14 day Retreats offer more work with the medicine for those who need it, a much deeper dive into the integration work, changing of habits and routines, practical advice on discipline, food, relationships and lifestyle. We offer tools as well as practical advice to each person, so that focus on living your lives in peace and harmony, together, as a strong family unit.
We Nurture Our Own Relationship!
It would be hypocritical to give counsel about something we are struggling with, especially about such complex and ever-changing matters as relationships. We are not perfect, but we nurture and keep the fire burning between us – no matter what is happening on the outside. Relationships are harmonious with mutual respect, honest communication of the wants the needs, setting and maintenance of boundaries that non-negotiable.

From the very beginning I sensed that Niko and Karina were the right facilitators for me… and beyond that, allies, partners in the journey. Literally all I had to do was look into their eyes. I would have never thought that having a bath in 0 degree water – AKA – Cold Water Therapy, could be so healing in a spiritual sense, I heard of the physical benefits, but Karina Love and Niko make this experience so wonderful by making sure there is a clear intention behind this moment.
