When I first arrived, I was filled with nervousness, apprehension, tension, sadness, and a lifetime of unresolved issues. Almost immediately, I was put at ease by their calming presence and their ability to talk through things in a clear, objective, and grounded way. From the start, the environment felt safe, intentional, and deeply supportive—designed to help the nervous system truly reset.
The setting itself was perfect. The hotel sits atop a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean, creating an incredible sense of peace and perspective. The food was phenomenal, and the absence of TVs or outside distractions allowed me to fully disconnect and focus inward. It was exactly what I needed.
Since returning home, I no longer overthink every aspect of my life. I feel more driven, more confident in myself and my abilities, and genuinely filled with life and purpose. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have control over my own destiny.
